Salata operates a fast-casual restaurant chain offering made-to-order salads, bowls, and wraps. Our services include:

• In-store dining and pickup

• Loyalty and rewards program

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate

4. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

Pricing

Menu prices are subject to change without notice. Prices shown on our website or app are in US Dollars and do not include applicable taxes.

Payment

Payment is required at time of order for online orders. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Salata gift cards. For catering orders, payment terms may vary.

Refunds and Cancellations

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours. We'll work to make it right through a remake, credit, or refund at our discretion. Catering orders cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled event may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Rewards Program

Our Seeds Rewards Program ("Rewards Program") is governed by these Terms and the Rewards Program terms available on our website. Key points:

• Seeds are earned on qualifying purchases and have no cash value
• Seeds expire 12 months from the date earned if no qualifying purchase is made
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time
• Abuse of the Rewards Program may result in account termination
• Seeds may not be sold, transferred, or assigned

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and app, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Salata or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALATA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Salata and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
