Ordering & Delivery
You can order online through our website, via our mobile app (available on iOS and Android), or by calling your local Salata directly. For pickup, select "Order Ahead" and choose your preferred pickup time. For delivery, we partner with third-party delivery services.
Yes! Salata offers full catering services for events of all sizes. Choose from our catering menu featuring build-your-own salad bars, wrap platters, and bowl catering boxes. Contact your local Salata or email catering@salata.com at least 48 hours in advance.
We deliver within a 5-mile radius of each Salata location. Find a location near you. Delivery availability and fees vary by location. You can check if delivery is available to your address by entering it during checkout.
Absolutely! Every bowl is fully customizable. Choose your base, proteins, toppings, and dressings. You can also save your custom creations in our app for easy reordering. We're happy to accommodate dietary restrictions—just let us know when ordering.

Rewards & Loyalty
You earn 1 Seed for every $1 spent at Salata. Bonus Seeds are awarded during promotional periods and on your birthday. Seeds are automatically added to your account when you provide your phone number or scan the QR code in our app.
We have three tiers: Pink (0-499 Seeds), Gold (500-1,499 Seeds), and Black (1,500+ Seeds). Each tier unlocks additional perks including free toppings, early access to new items, exclusive events, and more. Learn more about our Rewards tiers.
Seeds are valid for 12 months from the date earned. However, as long as you make a purchase at least once a year, your Seeds never expire. Check your app or account for your current balance and expiration dates.

We source from certified organic farms whenever possible. While not all ingredients are certified organic, we prioritize pesticide-free, sustainably grown produce from our network of 40+ local partner farms. Ask any team member for details about specific items.
Yes! We can accommodate most dietary restrictions and allergies. Our menu items are labeled with common allergens. Please inform our team of any allergies when ordering, and we'll take extra precautions to prevent cross-contamination.
Yes! We have many fully plant-based options. Look for our plant-based menu section or filter by "Vegan" in the app. Our proteins include organic tofu and tempeh, and all our dressings (except Caesar) are vegan.

Gift Cards & Payment
Gift cards are available at all Salata locations, online through our website, and in the Salata app. Physical gift cards come in denominations of $25, $50, and $100. E-gift cards can be purchased in any amount from $10-$500.
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Salata gift cards, and cash at locations. Online and in-app orders accept all major credit cards and mobile payment options.
